Working collaboratively with the architect we:

• Demolished the existing house
• Excavated the ground to the level required on a sloping plot to create the lower ground garage.
• Completed ground works and foundations
• Built the new house incorporating a garage below the terrace patio to maximise space.
• Managed all specialist trades including Electrical, Heating, Plumbing, Roofing, Plastering and Decorating works.
